South Wales · Built, not bought

Your team is doing by hand what software should be doing by itself.

I build bespoke AI tools for businesses that need them — starting with the one job that eats the most hours, and giving those hours back.

Websites, branding and marketing too — built the same way.

Illustrative. Your real number comes out of the first call — that's the point of it.

The proof

I didn't learn this on a course. I built it to fix my own week.

These weren't built in a lab. Every one started as a job I was sick of doing by hand in a live sales role — and every one still runs in my own pipeline today.

01
Prospecting Tool
One brief → a full marketing plan

Give it one brief and it builds the plan: the right prospects and buyers, ranked, with the reason each one should be interested — ready to act on.

02
Prospecting Agent
Right contact, tailored email

Takes the plan further — finds the right contact at each company and drafts a custom email: why this, why them, why now. A person always reviews and sends.

03
Cadence
Drafting engine

Writes outreach and replies in my voice, and is built so it can't invent a fact I never gave it. Drafts only — a person always sends.

04
Command Centre
One screen, not five tabs

Live projects, what's outstanding, and every tool one click away. The screen I open first thing, every morning.

Tool 05 · Live demo

Meet the South Wales Prospect Finder.

A separate tool, built for one job: finding local businesses with no website — or one that's quietly costing them work. This is a worked example with sample businesses; the real tool runs live on your sector, on our first call. Pick one and press run.

That's a sample. On a free 30-minute call, I run this live on your sector and your patch — and you keep the list either way.

Run it on my business

Example businesses are fictional. Scores show how the real tool ranks automation opportunity from public signals.

Beyond the tools

Websites, branding, and marketing — built the same way.

Plenty of the businesses the Prospect Finder surfaces don't need automation first — they need to exist properly online. I do that work too.

WEB

Custom websites

Fast, modern sites for businesses that have nothing — or something that's embarrassing them. This site is one of mine.

BRAND

Logos & identity

A proper logo, colours, and type that hold together across your site, invoices, and socials. The seal in the corner? Same process.

REACH

Marketing that fits

Outreach plans, email campaigns, and content built around who your buyers actually are — not a generic template calendar.

ALL

Or the lot

Website, brand, and the tools to win work through it — one person accountable for all of it, not three agencies pointing at each other.

How it works

Four steps. No jargon, no year-long project.

I don't sell software off a shelf. I look at how your team actually works, then build around that.

01

We talk

Half an hour. I ask what eats your week. No pitch, no obligation, no cost.

02

I scope one job

You get a plain-English document: the single job I'd automate first, what it costs, what it won't do.

03

I build it

Around your process, in your words, using your real examples. Usually a fortnight.

04

You use it

Opens in a browser. Nothing to install. I sit with your team and we run it on a real job together.

Who this is for

Businesses with more work than hours, and no IT department.

  • Accountancy practices re-keying the same client data every month
  • Sales teams writing every outreach email from scratch
  • Firms whose best process lives in one person's head
  • Anyone whose answer to "why do you do it that way?" is "we always have"

What I won't do. Sell you a platform you don't need. Automate something that isn't broken. Build a tool only I can maintain.

What you get instead. One job done properly, that your team can use on day one — and a straight answer if I don't think I can help.

Straight answers

The questions everyone asks first.

Will this replace my staff?
No — the opposite. I automate the boring, repetitive jobs nobody wants to do, so your people get their time back for the work that actually needs a human: the calls, the relationships, the judgement. You end up with the same team doing more of what matters.
I'm not technical. Is this going to be over my head?
You don't need to understand how it works, any more than you need to understand an engine to drive. Everything I build opens in a browser, works like any website, and comes with a short walkthrough. If your team can use email, they can use what I build.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the job — a single small tool is very different from a website plus a brand plus automation. That's exactly what the first call is for: I scope one specific thing, tell you what it costs up front, and you decide. No surprise invoices, no open-ended "day rates".
Am I tied into a contract?
No lock-ins. Build work is a one-off. If you want ongoing support afterwards it's a rolling monthly arrangement you can stop any time. I'd rather keep you because the work's good than because you're trapped.
Is my business data safe?
Yes. Tools are built to use only the information you give them, for your business alone — nothing is shared or used to train anything public. Where a tool drafts anything, a person always reviews before it goes anywhere. Nothing acts behind your back.
What if you can't actually help me?
Then I'll tell you on the first call, for free. I'd rather send you away with an honest answer than sell you something that doesn't fit. Sometimes the right advice is "you don't need me for that" — and that's fine.
Do you only do the AI stuff?
No — I also build websites, brands and logos, and run marketing. Plenty of businesses need the foundations sorted before automation makes sense, so I can do one piece or the whole lot, with one person accountable for all of it.
How long does it take?
A single tool is usually about a fortnight from go-ahead to you using it. A website is similar. Bigger jobs take longer, but I scope the timeline up front so you're never left wondering.
Start here

Half an hour. Bring the job you dread most.

If there's something worth automating, I'll tell you what I'd do and what it costs. If there isn't, I'll tell you that too.
